Can You Send Money To Other Members?

Does anyone know if we can send money, including PT, to other players? If this is possible, does anyone know how to?

Sending money can be done through the purchase or sale of 'unwanted' horses (unwanted defined as those that can be rehomed, i.e. no offspring). However, the horse in question doesn't need to be an unwanted horse; you have the option of just paying or asking for a much larger amount to send money.
Sending money is very often done to assist newbies, as gifts and also as contest winnings.
PT can not be transferred and I believe the decision of the community is nominally to not change that.
