do you have to train like all stats >95 or something before breeding?

to breed horses with high HGP, look for a mare that has a high HGP and a stallion that also has a high HGP. it cant be altered by training, only by breeding. the higher the HGP on a horse, if you breed it to another high HGP, you will get more high HGP

they dont have to be close to each other but yes breed horses with high hgp to get high hgp foals. there are quests to breed high hgp foals
