why isn't my foal following it dam

Movement in the pasture needs more adjustments, but in the future foals will begin to follow their dams around.

Looks like 'just' a palomino to me. Gorgeous, but unable to tell whether it has inherited the silver gene. Clearly got the cream gene from the father though.
PS: there is a whole forum section dedicated to horse color, you might want to check it out, it really helps for me I've noticed
EDIT: it looks like the foal has roan as well, pretty baby ^^

ok people told me her father was a silver brown roan and her mum was just a buckskin hear are the dam and shire of the foal

Ehe, for names I'd suggest Oliver's Twist (which is a play on the famous book Oliver Twist, because her father is named Oliver and she inherited his roan, but with a twist of color) or Buttercup (a flower name would suit her, as her mother is named Flower, and she has the color of a buttercup)

I really like butter cup also im going to be salling baladi colt if you want him I think he has a bit of a silver gene in him here is what he looks like also what should I call her colour as I know she is a palomino
