I just "met" a lot of new players and they kept on asking me questions like-
"Who's Dutch here?" "Anybody else here speak German?" "Do you know a French-speaking person that could help me out?" "I need people to help me with my English! Do you know any who could?"

So I decided to make this:
Horse World Online's Worldwide Community
This is a place where you tell everybody the languages you speak, and maybe there's a newbie out there that really needs your help!
