Keeping a directory of breeders working on the same goal is also helpful.

Re: The Belgian Horse
Thanks! You as well. And, yes, as far as viewing the conformation only upgraded players can view that.FrostyViolet wrote:That's strange.. I hope your experiment goes well! Make sure to let me know if you find out anythingif you need help, feel free to let me know!
(also, how do you see the stats of your horse? Is it something only upgraded players can do?)

Re: The Belgian Horse
Hey, I'm new here. I have been playing a couple days and toying with the competing option. I intended on having pulling horses, but my horses are actually really good at show jumping. Not sure if any of the ones I have are any good though. I am also thinking about creating the Russian Heavy Draft, but that is going to be a forever process. I have a really monster sized stud with good strength and great leg feathering if anyone wants to use him. He has several reds though for speed and tempo. I've bred him once to my starter mare and the foal is in the process of growing but somehow wound up being black with red eyes.

Re: The Belgian Horse
I will be breeding Belgians from Adoption Center horses once my current females have their foals and I sell them. I'll be trying to get good color and stats in them, and trying to keep COI 0% in them. I may breed to forest horses or other breeds to get better color and stats, then breed back to Belgians to make them pure. My other account (BananaDragon) also breeds belgians, but is breeding them to shetlands to get Miniature Belgians.

Re: The Belgian Horse
Great choice on the COI %0! I also have them so if you need any breeding or foals let me knowBananaDragonSide wrote:I will be breeding Belgians from Adoption Center horses once my current females have their foals and I sell them. Re: The Belgian Horse
Would it be crazy if I bred Shetlands to Belgians to get better colors?

Re: The Belgian Horse
Is anybody studding or selling feathered, non-varnish roan, preferably grey Belgians with no bad stats? I'll buy a good horse for $10 000 and pay $5 000 for a single stud use.

Re: The Belgian Horse
Hi guys. I guess this is somewhat of an old topic but it looks nice so it deserves to go back to the top.
I decided that I want to breed realistic coloured belgians, so no champagne, cream and appaloosa.
I already have a few nice black mares but because black is actually quite rare in real life I want to focus on chestnut and bay right now. I'm going to use adoption centre stallions on my black mares to lower the coi and to introduce some fresh blood. My first goal would be to introduce new colour and a nice strength stat (above 50 preferably) after that I will start to work on the HGP and golds and greens.
I actually made a list of stallions at stud, most of them are 1st gen. They all have a strength stat of at least 47. Some have a red stat but most have no red stats and a HGP of at least 30K. This list only contains chestnut and brown horses. I decided to share it here because maybe other people want to use it as well.

Re: The Belgian Horse
ello, you can put me down as a breeder if ya like
, and my horse "Warm Saturn" is up for stud

Re: The Belgian Horse
You can put me up as a breeder too! I usually go with Appaloosas or Quarter Horses on other horse breeding sites, but I went with the Belgian for this site because they are SO cute, and i plan to stick with this website.
