Competition Challenge Series
Who's up for a challenge series of competitions?
I've still got a little more work to do before the big reset, so I thought in the meantime it might be fun to have a small challenge.
We could either pick a single discipline, or a combination of disciplines (such as Dressage, Jumping and Cross Country for a 3-Day Eventing challenge, etc.), or if you've got another suggestion just post here and we can decide which would be best.
I think there should be a couple age categories to spread out the competitors, and you'd have maybe a week to prepare and we could have the actual competitions run next weekend. This way everyone would get a chance to participate. The winners could be the horse who earns the most points in those specific competitions, or if you've got another suggestion please post.
Winners for each age category would earn a Beta Testers Challenge accomplishment (accomplishments should be in by about then, or soon afterwards).
So post your thoughts, and if enough people are interested I can get something setup.

Re: Competition Challenge Series
I would really enjoy an event like this!
Ideally I would go for a series of each discipline, but being that we don't have a lot of people I think that would spread competitors too thin. I can see the second suggestion (a combination of events) working well, as that would even the playing field a little since it wouldn't be as bias towards people who happen to focus on the selected event already.

Re: Competition Challenge Series
Maybe we could do a Western and an English challenge series? Each one with a combination of events might work though it might be interesting coming up with a Western combination.

Re: Competition Challenge Series
That's a good idea! And there actually is a Western combination. I can't remember which 3 events it is or what its called. Possibly Versatility Ranch Horse competition or something. We could add in Combined Driving too.

Re: Competition Challenge Series
I would be very interested in such a challenge. Perhaps there could be just a few disciplines from each category: English, Western, Racing and Driving to give more horses of different potentials the chance to successfully compete in the events.
