Is there a way to train my horse faster?

OK so I look at other peoples' farms and click on there horses. Every time I look at the horses speed, strength, etc.
and I see how high they are and I'm like "How do you get there things so high I NEED TO KNOW." Do any of you know how o train the horses faster or get there speed, strength, etc. higher and faster?

if you follow this guide your training will be much improved. Unfortunately it's a long process I'm afraid.
