Competitions

Post by Aliw1995 »

2 Suggestions for competitions.

1) Can admins some how monitor competition fees? Some fees are ridiculously high for the amount of prize money offered.

2) Please allow us to enter more than 1 horse per competition for racing, endurance etc. Its almost impossible to have a racing orientated stud when there are so few competitions and I can't enter more horses.

Competition fees are a bit of a hot topic. In real life they don't have monitoring either (as far as I know), if the price is too high, then just don't enter (I've mistakenly entered a few myself, it happens).

In the future I think there's a plan to be able to enter multiple entries. It is not the farm that's limited to how many horses can enter a competition, but the rider. Right now we don't have the 'other riders' option available, so it's defaulted to the owner of the farm.
If you can't make competitions yourself, you can always post to ask for more from those who could fulfill your need for more competitions. I know the few times I've made racing competitions (aside from my Baby Trials), sometimes they didn't get filled up and I struggled to get them to run.

I have a couple open spots for competitions, so I can offer to post. I'll revolve them for a week or two. What would you like?
