Why did you accept to train him when you did not want to?
that was very careless and you could show some remorse or passion to Velvet
Imagine yourself as Velvet, would YOU be happy if someone did that to you?

There is something recently added called private sale you know...?
This has nothing to do whether he/she should imagine himself/herself as Velvet as it isn't possible to "steal" horses now. Anyway, "Horses for sale are for sale. Anyone can buy them." As quoted by the admin Tom.

I saw that horse when it was posted for public sale, there was no note of it was reserved for someone that I saw, infact, I almost was going to purchase it, but got sidetracked on a better horse.

Don't put horses for sale unless you are okay with anyone buying the horse. If you make a mistake and put a horse for sale by accident then you can ask nicely for it back. No one has to give anything back if they don't want to though. A sale is a sale.
