Training results
So, I have been training my horses for a couple of "days", but I cannot really see any change to their stats or them improving. Where can I see that? Or that hasn't been implemented yet? xD

The training results are visible on the training page. It's different on PC and on mobile, but look around for a list. It can take quite some time to see a WHOLE lot of improvement when you're new to it and don't have very upgraded player skills, but they will slowly get better. Watch their gold training bars over the course of 6-12 games months and you should see big differences.

I'm trying to train my pony but whenever I do it says she's injured but that's ok as it's not turned on yet.

It is like forcing the horse. The horse can do it but is still risky for it and can get hurt.
Try to train the horse on those modes where there is no red line around them. That way the horse won't get hurt.
As you go training the horse, all the red stuff will disappear.
