Barns and Stalls

It might sound like a really dumb question, but, we need to purchase a barn before we buy the stalls right? xD

Yes, you'll need to buy a barn first.
I realise they are quite expensive right now. This weekend I'll be adding more barn designs as well as some barns you can purchase with Pony Tokens, which are much easier to come by right now.

A follow up questions from a new numpty: what is the maximum number of stalls per barn? I know large paddocks can hold 10 horses, but cannot find where it says how many horses a barn can hold (assuming yuou have bought the max number of stalls possible)

There is only one barn as of writing this and it can hold 4 horses. I'm adding in more barns today which will hold more horses.
