Arabian x North African Barb

So I am attempting to create a cross so that I can proceed with a Thoroughbred creation. All of my Arab or NAB mares have foaled Baladi's. Can this breed be used as a NAB x ARAB? If not, how do I get around this?

Sorry, they aren't equivalent. The breed "recipes" must be followed exactly; the only equivalancies are things like (Arabian x North African Barb) = (North African Barb x Arabian). Baladis are their own breed.

(Arabian x NAB) is actually far more useful for breeding (appears in many more "recipes"). Sometimes they are for sale: see the recent Guides and How-To topic "Search for an Exact Cross" -- Raikit has it exactly right. Just remember to check the "Exact Cross" box.

There's this filly at my place, "NAB x Arabian". She's only 2 years 5 months old. She's small, expected mature height about 13.3, if that fits with your other prospects. If you still want to DIY, the good news is that Baladis have a very narrow set of specifications: 14.0 - 15.1 h, Build Very Light to Light, Body size 0% - 25%, and Type 100% to 70% Horse. A "made from scratch" cross, Arabian x NAB, both parents from the Adoption Center, sometimes fails to result in a Baladi, even though these specs are much like both parent breeds.

Even if your NAB mare is 14.0 to 15.1, I bet breeding to either of these fellows would give you a Not-Baladi.

The reverse is possible, though not as extreme. There are 2 purebred NABs listed at less than 14.0 and there are 71 taller than 15.1.
