Stamina Training Bonus

My profile says I give a 3.0 stamina bonus, and .75 in skills when I train, but I don't see it increase like that, can someone explain how the bonuses work?

It does work the way that you think it does, it's just that the increments are so small that you don't see them. If you are serious about training then have a look at this thread it will help you immensely.
