Conformation panel?

My question is can a member see another non members horse conformation panel? or does the horse have to be in the members possession before they can see it? I was just wondering because I'm considering becoming a member to look and see where my stallions are at. But, wasn't sure if an already existing member can see them?

If you mean upgraded, then yes. An upgraded member can see the conformation scores of any horse.
