Trouble with skills

How do you find out what skills are needed for what discipline? I've learned by looking at past forums that in competitions your horse is judged on 4 skills which vary per discipline. (ex. Strength, speed, stamina, movement, etc.), but I'm not sure how to find out which skills are for what discipline. I was looking for racing and most of the western disciplines if someone could help.
