If you're asking 'where do I go premium?' then the answer is:
Store
Upgrade Benefits.
(You can purchase pony tokens in the Store... Pony Tokens)

If you're saying you've tried and your account is failing to upgrade, then this would definitely be for the admins, in the bugs section.

If you're saying 'update your account' as in change your farm name, your profile picture, or your avatar or something else... some of these things are not available, others are available, but above all, you'll need to specify further what exactly you need help with.
