Hi, I don't know what COI is. I'm finally have time to breed and train and show my horses. So I'm trying to figure everything out. But this has me baffled. Is it suppose to low or high? And what does it mean? Thanks,so much.Please come by my farm, and take a look. Always open to suggestions!! Thanks.
