I actually only got into Vlads because I needed them to make Budyonnys. But then I got really attached to them. XD I have a bunch of mares on my main account. I could part with Iria or Nessie (after she has her foal). I might also consider parting with any of the mares in this pasture except the Palomino. Let me know if any of them interest you.

As for the best way to start, I'd honestly suggest just jumping right in. I haven't been doing any particular fancy crossing of my horses and they still improve with each generation so for me they've been a really easy breed to work with. I have some nice studs for when you get some mares - the best of my currently breed-able boys is Forge but his half-brother Hugo is even better, he's just not old enough yet.
