Can't get to farm building page?

This may be difficult to remedy, or it may be easy. I assume by your statement that you have already purchased a decoration and now need to place it on your farm.
If you go to your 'my farm' tab on the left and click it, you should see your farm load. underneath the picture of your farm should be a button that says 'toggle build mode'. If you click on that button, more buttons appear and your farm picture will change appearance slightly. If you click on 'Add from inventory', you'll be able to add an item you have already bought. Please note that sometimes freshly added inventory items require you to re-load the page before you can move them around.

Starting from the beginning then.
On the left hand side of the screen you should see these tabs.

Store
Player
My Farm
Competitions
Market
Rankings
Community
Help
Settings
Logout

The tab you want is the Market. If you click on it, it will open to reveal a drop-down menu with the following tabs.
Adoption Centre
Horses for Sale
Stallions at Stud
Farm Building
Book Store
Tack Store

Farm Building will offer you barns, pastures, stall walls, stall fronts, stall pillars, others and outsides. For the tutorial, I believe you only need to purchase a decoration. So scroll down to the outsides or others tab and purchase something of your choice there.
Once you purchase the item it should automatically get put in your inventory. From there, you can follow the instructions I offered first above.

I have seen a case that google chrome wouldn't purchase an item and put it in to the inventory. I do not know if that has since been fixed or if others have experienced that oddity also.

Keep in mind that most of the activities performed on this game will give you a notification of that activity. So if you don't see a notification, there may be another issue, such as internet connection.

Also, refreshing or asking the game to reload a page can often fix some of the weird things that still occasionally pop up (like not being able to immediately move something you just added to your farm).

I offered you the link to the farm building page to purchase your decoration, it's in blue in my previous post. If you're asking for another link to your farm, to your 'toggle build mode' button... I do not think I can offer that for your farm (I don't know how to go about doing that either, since it's an interactive button and not a 'URL' link).
