The foal is definitely palomino, but for that to be possible, one parent has to have the cream gene. I'd say that the dam is actually a smoky brown (cream on brown) rather than bay. She has a more gold color on her belly rather than a brown color, which makes me think that.

she is seal bay as far as i know. seal bay has that coloring (my real life Arab looks like that and they DO NOT carry the cream gene). but her dam (so fillys granddam) was a palomino who was out of another palli so maybe there but it should still show up. seal bay + Cream should still look buckskiny. the smokey gene or pearl is more likly. hence why i am confused. logically this makes no sence.

here is my mare

this is what the cream gene would look on that base color

the creme gene dose not skip. both parents are colors the cream gene will show up on. so im baffled. all foals from the Dam minus this filly are bay, the grand sire (on dams side) has only produced bays

the foals sire has produced palis but only out of double cream mares. soo still at a loss. could it be a bug?

Keep in mind that the game is not entirely true to reality in some aspects. The "seal brown" and "seal brown + cream" in the game are a little different than what they often look like in real life for example (mostly the coat is called only brown nowadays instead of seal brown or seal bay that were more common back in the days).

Perhaps this will be fixed later on at some point but when deciding a horse's coat colour in the game you need to know how certain genes are expressed in the game and not base it 100% on reality.

Based on the color of her brown points and how the game deals with brown+cream, I have to agree with the others that your filly's dam is smoky brown. In the game brown+cream means that instead of having dark brown warm areas your horse will have more yellow-y warm areas.

For reference, here is one of my browns:

And here is one of my smoky browns:

It's actually easiest to tell brown from smoky brown when the horse is young. Here is my brown as a newborn:

(Again, this is all just from a game standpoint. Colors are much more dynamic in real life.)

ok that makes sence. i have a half sibling where i can see the difference. and but as far as im aware there is no smokey brown, that falls under brownskin. smokey only shows up on true black horses (may be different in game.)

When I made the guide with names and pictures linked below, I did a lot of research to find out what the most common and preferred names were for the coats displayed in the guide. Smoky brown was the number one used term for the coat of brown + cream. Brownskin was only mentioned a few times but not commonly used according to the sites where I found any information of coat colour names.
