Cant train my horse to 100%

Hi! i have a bit of a problem because the horse im trying to train wont improve. Shes at almost 100% in every stat with some still at 99% but i cant finish her training because it wont improve. Exept for if i do an extremly intensive training, for example: training pull a cart in the hills for 30 mins. it then improves for only 0.04%. She isnt fatiqued and shes eating good.
Am i doing something wrong or is this normal?

Of course! I understand that it's probably a little confusing when you first see it. The best policy is to always stick to sessions that increase stats without raising fatigue, because fatigue does make a huge difference in how quickly you train. The last little bit tends to take a while to finish, but you will get there eventually, I promise! :D
