I was thinking, what if we could set prices like "$5000 and 5pt" or "$70k and 2pt" or even "$10k and 50pt" for the most valuable horses or for people who want pts and for offers only, we could offer $ and pony tokens too! I'm just giving ideas, just saying

Yes! I would love to be to pay or be paid with pony tokens.
I feel like the incentive to breed rarer/expensive breeds would increase if the option to sell high value horses for pony tokens was there.

I don't think most people consider that aspect of it, you're totally fine. There's a pretty good way to earn PT ingame already (and we also have quests) and PT is the only currency that can be bought using irl money, so it would create a more "pay to win" situation (though the market is already kind of a mess so I don't know if that matters much). I understand why you thought of it, but the game operates best with one currency.
