Hello. First I apologize if this is the wrong place to post this. I've been upgraded to premium plus for the last couple months. I've noticed for the last couple days I have been having ads pop-up even though I have premium plus. I am not sure if this is already a known issue or not.

Thank you for letting us know, I've fixed this so no ads should be showing for any Premium Plus members now. Let me know if you do still see anything.

I'm having troubles with load times and pages staying loaded- im not sure if it's my internet, the game itself or the ads that are causing them. Mostly on computer but a little on mobile as well.

So the ads are definitely contributing to the page loading times, at least for me, especially when I'm trying to reload pages that I opened a while ago. At least, I think so, based on the little link thing that tells me what the browser is *attempting* to do (I'm using firefox)- it takes over a minute to go away when I open a new page on HWO. The game also likes to put multiple ads in the footer at the same time and then occasionally when it's already having loading issues, it just won't respond to me trying to close them.
