Account questions

So I already have 2 accounts, on one compete my Arabs. on the other I am working towards breeding a rarer breed called the Pavlavan. I want to breed a line of low COI Pavlavans and raise their GP until I can confidently show them. I came across a wonderful breeding guide made by Emily the equestrian I believe that details how to keep one’s line inbreeding free, it’s a wonderful guide and with it I’ve planned out how to keep my line clean. I will breed the 32 horses required on my 2nd account and then ship them off to another account where they will be frozen until I have all horses required and can start breeding them. The only problem is that account does not currently exist. I could sell my competition Arab line on my og account off, but those horses do mean a lot to me and it feels like stripping away my roots, plus I have a breeding project planned for them.
I can’t create this third account because I only have access to 2 emails, in fact the second email I used for my alt account isn’t even mine my brother was kind enough to let me use his because he likes me ranting to him about my virtual horses I guess. So is there any way to create three accounts with only 2 emails? Like could I change the emails on my current accounts to match and then reuse the other email?

It would be much easier to create another email account. Gmail and others are free.
