I think she is double pearl champagne on chestnut base. You can tell she has two pearl genes because she has dark colored champagne freckles on her muzzle.
Yes she has pangare and roan.

Close but not quite correct. Belgians don't carry pearl from the AC. You're right on track and doing better than a lot of newbies do. You're no longer a newbie, but it takes time to learn the colors around here. From start to finish, about 6 months (alongside breeding for color as an aid to help learn it).

With pangare, although that's a little hard to tell.
He has some nice sooty; turned out good looking. Congrats!
