2. has to be 5 months to 20 years old. 3. Has to be a 23.5hh or less. 4. Has to be mare or stallion. 5. Have fun. Categories are 1. best color. 2. Tallest horse. 3.the most beautiful horse. 4. Is the best stallion. 5. Best mare. 6. The best competition record.
