Looking for someone to train a filly for me...

I'm holding onto her for a friend, and was going to train her myself, but I don't quite have all the skills I need to do that. She is already partialy trained, so maybe it will be a little easier.
But I do have some things...
She'll need to be done within 3 years or less.
I need a picture taken of her at every year. (eg. 4 years old, take picture, etc.)
And... I need her done for under 10k.
If you can do this for me, please let me know. Thank you!!

I can finish her up if you like and I'll be willing to do her for free, this time. I can have her done within 24 hrs and it'll take under 2 years (like a year and 6 months, give or take).
