Just noticed that on the build tab on your horses general info page it always says something like: horse type, very light. Horse type. Yeah I’d certainly hope my horse has a horse type build

No, not a height/weight.

It's the design of the body itself. It's quite literally the 'Type'.

Visually, it can be described as 'taller' versus 'longer'. Here are two exaggerated horses so that you can see 'horse type' versus 'pony type'.

However, you can have a lighter pony type and a heavier horse type, too.
