Easy to Bank On

My guess was Palomino Pearl? I'm not great with dilutes.
Cream and pearl requires one parent to have a hidden pearl gene. We already see the cream gene on the sire's side.
Honor My Money is a cream carrier. Take a look at these two foal images:

Disappearing Poem as a foal (Honor's dame)

One has the cream gene and the other does not.

So, you have a double cream on a chestnut, so Perlino and not palomino pearl. However, you certainly saw it was a double dilute. :)

Is this one the same coloration as her Sire? She has something going on that she's a bit darker than her sire.

Cremello Champagne Dun? or perhaps Perlino Champagne Dun instead with the Bay gene from the Dam?

Same as her sire.
You can actually see the zebra stripes on his legs, but her leg stripes are almost invisible. There are many different types of dun we can breed for. You have a heavier weight of dun on her, but a slightly more cryptic style. Plus, the sire's little-bit-o training does give his coat a slightly shinier coat, altering the color 'look' and finally, the base coat itself (the red) is itself darker than her sire. Put them all together, and you get unique coat looks, even though they're still the same color. :D

Are these two both Bay Dun as well?

〶 A Berry Phenomenal Hoss

Is it Mealy causing him to be so much lighter in appearance?

There is mealy on the sire, yes, but what you're seeing is roan on both. You can see the mealy on him, very easily around his nose, where the bay fades into a light tan.
There doesn't appear to be any pangare on his filly. But yes, they're both bay dun. 8-)

Not gold champagne, but what?
Buckskin. One cream gene on bay.
