A third account?

Hi everyone! I've been playing HWO for a few months now and have so far managed well with the two accounts we are allowed, but I recently started a new project and I realized I have no place to put horses I want to keep from other projects, as well as temporary storage for horses belonging to this project. I noticed a few players had gotten permission to start a third account, which would make this project so much easier to work with. How do you go about getting permission for that? Thanks in advance!

You can have as many accounts as you want, as long as you aren't abusing things. If you have a bunch of unrelated projects go ahead.
