Looking For Grinder! (Or a trainer!)

Hey! I am looking for a horse trained in 100% in all stats or 99.something%, under 10 years old. Either a mare/filly or stallion/colt is fine. One of my grinders just retired and my other one is getting old. I would prefer a Quarter Horse but if you have a different one for sale please tell me! I am willing to pay a reasonable amount, but I can't pay higher than $10,000. I know that might be kind of hard to work with but I'm running low on money. If I can get a cheaper grinder that would be awesome! Please let me know if you are willing to sell one! Again, under 10 years old, 100% or 99.something% trained in all stats, and preferably a Quarter Horse. Please let me know as soon as possible! Thank you!

I will take the training services for one of my foals and I will pay up to $10,000.
My Requirements:
The foal will need to be fully trained before he/she is five years old.
Every year they age they must have a picture taken. (eg. 1 year old, take picture, 2 years od, take pictures, etc.)
The horse must be returned to me by when the horse is five years old. But I would like this to go quickly, as I need a fully trained horse very soon!
The horse's name must not be changed.
The horse must be returned to me, and not sold to anyone else.
Please, please, please tell me if you are willing to offer this to me.

So I have a private trainer that can train him in under 3 years they charge 50k but you could have him back for 5k they take around 3-7 days

She’s Grand Champion in steeplechase and champion in Sprint

Strength 34
Stamina 25
Movement 24
Tempo 23
Agility 45
Balance 23

Overall she’s a pretty good grinder so yeah! If ur still interested in a Grinder I can sell you her for 45K-50K :)

Hi! It has almost been a week since you picked Rusty Slate up. If his training is not complete, like you said it would be, by tomorrow I want him back. But I will not pay $5,000 because you have not met the full requirements that we had agreed on. I will pick him up for $2,000 or less.
