I think I'm having the same issues too, I post a topic but I can't find where they are later on.

If this happens in the future, under Community, under Search Forum, there's a button for 'Your posts'. Look there, it should be most recent posts first. If you can't find it, report so admin can take a closer look. Of course, it could also mean the server is a little slow for some reason.
