Okay, so obviously she has silver and lp, but I can't figure out the base color. She doesn't look brown or bay, but Chestnut can't show silver. She isn't a dun. So confused. Help?
If the base color is black, she looks really red...


Here is another mare with silver, lp, and a black base. She has no red tint.


A very big difference.

Looks to me like she is a silverapple black (sooty) with LP :) Her dad is a black too.

Yes, I think she has to be. She's just very red. Her granddam on her dam's side is also silver black with lp, but her color is very different...

One of them could also be Silverapple Smokey Black, so with cream. That would explain why one of them is light!

Edit- yep, I think that it's the reason. Almost all of my silver horses have cream genes, so I think she just threw me off!
