Need some advice!

Hello I was wondering if anyone could answer a couple of my question!

1. I struggle to produce some money and I was wondering if there was another way I could earn a lot fast without having to grind?
2. How can I make my horse champion. I try to put them into events that they are best in and the correct level but they either fail or earn no title at all.
3. Where can I get good genetic? I can't find the correct genetics or stats for a horse. Even evaluation and stats make me very frustrated since I can't not get good ones. I could have decent stats but horrible evaluation.
4. Project ideas I struggle with since I do not know what is possible or not. I am not fully familiar with game so I am unsure of possibilities of what or what coat colors and patterns even exist.
5. I don't know how to organize farm, since buying a pasture is more cheap and easier to hold horse I can't get good weight or temperament. I own only one giant barn and I am trying to organize and clear my farm out but the problem is, I don't know what to title my farms.
6. How can I breed for a pretty coat or rare pattern? Is it only possible with stud or coat combinations?

Sorry if it is much questions, but I would really appreciate for the advice. I am bit embarrassed because there is so much to this game I would love to learn! Thank you!
