I usually put the breed of the sire that you have to breed to the mare in the owners comments so you can view that when you go to select a pairing. I hope that makes sense and best of luck to you!

In addition to what LSCHCompeting has offered, I would suggest that you keep an eye on the req's of the resulting horse breed you want.
You don't say whether you're making the horse from scratch (AC breeds) or from already existing horse breed lines.

The lusi comes from the Andalusian to a Sorraia x West African Barb cross. So it shouldn't be too, too difficult to get you there. But it won't be too easy either. Depending on your COI considerations, you might make it much harder on yourself, too. But remember, COI can always be corrected by a good grade horse when you get to where you want to go.

I would also suggest purchasing pastures and labeling the pastures for which horse breeds are where (even by gender as well, like andy-stallions and andy-mares).

But putting the breeding partners right in the horse's notes usually is the most straightforward way to tackle such a thing. And keeping notes of the req's of those horses as well, so you can keep an eye on failing horse partners and can figure out a better partner you might have instead (think, short horse always throwing tall foals, changing partners to another short horse instead of a tall).

Yes.
Currently only 'ancient' breeds and two breed-recipe breeds are included in the AC. The community is involved in community breeding projects that create new breeds via the breed recipes to add them into the AC.

Sorraia's aren't exactly easy to get... or... they're incredibly easy to get, depending on the parents that you choose. WAB's are relatively easy to get. So overall you should be able to get your cross okay.
Your largest issue will be the WAB's more horse-type. So I would suggest that you try to aim for a shorter WAB with a heavier frame, as much as you can. And also be careful about taller Andy's and also aim for heavier andy's. That should just about set you up for foals that should be 4 and 5 star for lusi's.

As a final note for WAB's... arabs like to favor super light offspring consistently, so use NAB's and Forests that are as heavy-looking as you can find. This will help to correct the arab-super-light-favor.
