Put a horse up for sale for the amount you want transferred from the account you want it transferred to! Then buy it from the account you're transferring from. :)

you could put one of your horses on your other account up for obo (private sale) then go back onto the account your trying to transfer the money out of and buy your horse from horses for sale from the other account
