Why are my horses stuck ?

Hey everyone I've been off the game for a long time and have just rejoined and am running into weird problems I didn't have before. So I raised and trained two horses that seemed to be doing good in racing. One def better than the other. Beside the point. I've been putting them in shows recently but for some reason it's like they are frozen. I put them in these shows like a week ago and its like they were never entered. Can someone explain why they seemed to basically freeze? Another thing is my one horse is saying he's level four but his points say lvl 10. I can't enter him in anything but lvl ten. So why is that not accurate? Will it always show level 4 instead of ten even tho he can't be put into anything but lvl 10? Also its showing the amount of shows entered and its been two weeks and they haven't changed either.

We've had some big changes to the competition system. You can reach the full details here (viewtopic.php?t=43954) but the important parts for your situation are that a horses competition level now takes its training into consideration and also the number of competitions it's competed in. So in your case both your horses have less then 10 competition results so the Points-Per-Start is not the primary factor in choosing it's competition level.

Second, I checked the upcoming competitions and it appears your horses don't qualify for the currently setup events based on things such as age or gender, which is why it makes it seem that you horse can only enter level 10 events (there just aren't any lower level events your horses qualify for). You can setup some events of your own for your horses to enter, at whatever level they are best suited for. We do have another update planned for the near future which will increase the number of available competitions.

For the amount of shows entered this will only reset after you take a turn. The limit is the number of competitions your horse can enter per turn, to prevent horses from sitting in side accounts just to enter competitions but never age up.

Okay thank you! I didn't know that! Yes I've been making my own comps but since I didn't originally I've been leveling up as fast as I can in order to do so.

Since you were able to help me before ... I am currently entering my horses and they are doing better now that I understand the parameters. However, there are two shows both level 6, 1-20yrs old, mare and stallion, that for whatever reason I cannot enter them into. Is there something else I'm missing besides age, gender, etc?

no they just do not appear as an option to enter them. I'll do further research and see if its not something on my end

Not sure when you were trying to enter or when Larissa looked at the horse, but I just looked at him and it says he's already been entered in his 10 shows for the day. So you need to age him before he can enter any more.

Hi yes this was before. In aging him now but he was at 6/10 when I started running into this problem.
