Tempo?

Hello! I'm pretty new here and trying to figure things out.

I got gold Tempo on one of my horses but I don't know what competition/local show that would fall under? None of them show Tempo as an option.
Is it an alternative to something or is it just a random stat?

Each competition uses 4 stats- the summary there only shows the top 2. There's a guide with the full list pinned in the guides forum!
