We try our best to keep them to a minimum, but if you really just cannot stand the ads and still want to help support the game well you are in luck! We've added a new feature to our Premium Plus subscription accounts which disables all ads while you are logged in and your subscription is active.

I've just purchased an upgrade and I'm still getting video ads on the bottom right corner as well as ads on the forum post itself I refreshed the page after purchasing and then closed my browser completely and reopened and I'm still getting them

This is a bug that multiple people are having. We will get it fixed ASAP.

I've double checked your account, and double checked the ad-free group settings and everything appears to be set correctly. I even did another test to make sure. Is it possible your browser has cached the page? Can you try forcing a refresh (usually CTRL + F5 will do this), or try visiting a forum post you've definitely never look at previously, to see if the ads go away?

I think I've got the issue fixed now, and ads should be gone entirely now for Premium Plus accounts. Please let me know if you do see any more ads. Thanks for your patience, and most especially for your support!

Thanks for your help! Sorry I didn't get back before to try fixing by clearing cache. I have not seen any more ads, I appreciate the help!
