ADDING THE ABILITY TO USE RECIP MARES!!

Hi! I am working on breeding horses that are good at certain things, and I've had a difficult time finding/breeding fillies with good speed genetics. I would love to eventually have the ability to buy embryos from other really good horses and use my mares as a recipient mare that will carry out the pregnancy and care for the foal. This is mainly the way most breedings are done for Quarterhorses!

I could go for this. Purchasing of embryos to apply into your own mare can be quite a useful aside if you don't want any particular mare to be caught up with live foals.

I do wonder though, there are certain breeds that the standards require live cover. I have mixed feelings with that option and don't think it's necessary to add to the game.

But embryo purchase might be nice.

Now that I think about that you are 100% correct. I do forget breeds like thoroughbreds (I believe please don't quote me on that) to be registered purebreds have to be conceived by live cover.

Therefore, I do agree with you. Purchasing embryos would be the next best option.
