Minor Bugs, Performance, Ads

• Fixed performance issues and site load times with background images by using webp by default and falling back to png when webp not supported
• Fixed minor bug with completing player courses when a browser tab is left open and user gets logged out
• Fixed issue with subscription renewals not able to handle payment notifications and subscription updates when received out of anticipated order, now handles receiving either notification first
• Modified settings with google adsense and added additional advertisement spot in footer. Auto-Ads chooses placement of ads currently, this hasn't changed, but more ads could appear. If ads are obtrusive please let us know so we can correct them.
