Ears & Kathiawari

Post by Kingsley »

I'm trying to create Kathiawari close to breed standard because I love their ears IRL, but I've realized that curved ears might not yet be possible. Has anyone ever seen a horse with them? Or should I just find the horses with huge ears in the meantime in order to represent one of the breeds most memorable features? If anyone has curved eared horses (or if only huge ears are available, those)? Hit me up if you have any horses with them and would be willing to stud them, sell them, or let me borrow a mare for single breeding, yeah? Thanks in advance for helping me out with this silly question.

Curving ears are not yet available. However, rabbit ears are. And they can get So Super Long!!! So there is at least one of the two traits you can tackle.

Good to know, thank you. :) Also, as a former rabbit breeder IRL, I am now going full steam ahead on trying to create the horse version of a French Lop. These Kathiawari need au naturale bunny ears, no need for costumes lol.
