Tutorial Update, Automated Emails and Minor Bug Fix

• Rewrote system for automatically sending out emails to alert players when they have been inactive for 45 days, and also sending a welcome email to new players
• Reviewed every tutorial step to ensure the text matches changes in the new layout
• Removed the tutorial step related to referral page (which currently is inactive) and added a new tutorial step to introduce new players to the Premium benefits page
• Fixed some issues with display of tutorial steps and updating the message as steps are completed
• Fixed a minor display bug when a mare is pregnant to a stallion with apostrophe in his name
