I'm really bad at figuring out pearl horses, is he a Bay Pearl Dun?

Is his father Champagne + Cream or Champagne + Pearl?
The father looks like a Gold Cream as is noted; Chestnut Champagne + het Cream. The mother looks like an Amber Champagne Dun; Bay Champagne + Dun. I believe Sea of Air is an Amber Champagne Dun like the mother but with more intense dilution from the Dun. Champagne can be easily spotted by whether the skin of the horse's nose has freckles; Champagnes are the only coloration that do I believe.
