BETTER HORSES IN ADOPTION CENTER?

I WAS WONDERING I THERE IS GONNA BE AN UPDATE ON ADOPTION HORSES. THIS MEANING THEY ARE NOT VERY GOOD HORSES AND MAYBE YOU COULD LIKE PAY MORE TO GET A BETTER HORSE. ALSO I WAS WONDERING IF THERE IS GONNA BE AN UPDATE WHERE YOU CAM BE CLOSER TO YOUR HORSE LIKE GROOM IT.
