I have a almost 4 year old mare but she is still unable to breed...

Mares/fillies need to be 4+ to breed and stallions/colts need to be 3+ to breed. :) When your horse reaches breeding age you will be notified on the right side of your screen.

Mares breed at 4y and Stallions breed at 3y
