First, I will say that ideally to get help with determining color for a horse you would create your own topic in the forum to prevent cluttering up existing topics such as this one!

Second, to get into her color she has a lot going on
Her base coat is brown with roan like you suspected. She also has Lp going on which is our spot gene in game and also contributes to the greying you are noticing which is called varnish. She also in addition has tobiano which is the paint pattern patches on her shoulder and legs.

So I would say her colour is Brown Roan Tobiano with Lp and Varnish

Not yet implemented, but may be likely to be coming to us when the Vet release comes. I don't know when that'll be.

As far as what style payment is planned... that's still unknown. Admin doesn't like locking certain things behind a real-money-payment system, so it may be just regular in-game currency or maybe some sort of PT currency, or a combination of both.

We'll have to wait and see.

It appears it is. The author had it online when they were at school. I can ping them for you, for some sort of update, especially since we still use the guide.
