im not too good with specific coat patterns but i do know he's a buckskin

So currently the only paint pattern in game is Tobiano... this includes for any white markings such as facial markings or leg markings. So at this moment in the game if your horse has white paint markings that isn't from Leopard pattern spotting it is a Tobiano technically!
So to sum it up: Yes this guy is a Tobiano!
