Unexpected Outage

The game was offline today for approximately 2.5 hours as best as I can determine. My sincere apologies to everyone affected by this. We are back up and running with no losses as far as I can tell. We'll continue to monitor the server and make sure it doesn't go offline again. If you notice anything strange while playing please let us know so we can investigate.

A couple of us were wondering if it had anything to do with the server transfer, but regardless, glad that it's back on line and everything seems to be working as normal! Thank you for letting us know!

Actually, I was wondering if there was an update happening, but thought it unusual because you've let us know in the past.

It was more like: I broke the game!!! Noo!!! Come back!!

Well... I guess it's down for now.

Okay... suppose I have to visit real life, see if family and friends are still alive.

I for sure thought a major update was happening. It went from
"ooh, how are my foals doing?"
To
"ack! it's taking forever to load! oh dear.."

Then it was a waiting game until I got a smidge worried it actually wasn't an update. Felt kind of lost after that. Checked up on Facebook, got into some drama, played with my dog and cat and ate dinner. Then... I fell asleep. I suppose my world takes a tumble down a flight of stairs when I can't immediately go straight to HWO when I'm bored.

It's all good, though!
