Theoretically, if you breed two horses that are inbred but not related to eachother, the foal should have 0 COI. *cough* it doesn't work like that here
Which means every single horse you breed will need to have 2 unique parents... meaning that after the first 3-4 gens you're going to need a ridiculous amount of foundations to maintain your GP increase.
